How an engagement actually runs.
No discovery call to get started, no proposal cycle, no hourly billing. You buy a defined engagement at a published price and we run it.

Order online
Choose the engagement, add any add-ons and complete the order form. You pay at checkout by card, iDEAL or Bancontact and receive an order reference immediately. An invoice follows by email the same day.

Preparation pack
Within one business day we send a short questionnaire and ask for the documents that already exist — organisation chart, job description, plan, last quarter's objectives. If nothing exists, that is itself useful information and we proceed without it.

The working session
Scheduled at your convenience, by video or telephone, or on site in Paris. It is a working session: we ask, you answer, we test the constraints out loud. Sessions are not recorded unless you ask us to.

Written deliverable
The document is delivered within the lead time published on the engagement page — 3 business days for a Diagnostic Session, 5 for a Sprint or Advisory, staged weekly for a Transformation Programme.

Follow-up
One round of written follow-up questions is included with every engagement, for 14 days after delivery. Retainer clients get answers within 2 business days for the whole month.
What we need from you
- One person with the authority to decide, present at the session.
- Honest constraints — budget, timeline, and what has already been tried.
- Documents you already have. We do not need anything written for us.
- A reply to the preparation questionnaire at least 24 hours before the session.
Revisions
Every deliverable includes one revision round: corrections of fact, clarifications and re-cuts of the same analysis. New questions, new scope or a second organisation are a new engagement, quoted before any work starts.
Rescheduling and cancellation
A session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Cancelled more than 24 hours ahead, the engagement is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, or once written work has been delivered, the fee for the work performed is due. The full policy is on the cancellation and refunds page.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is treated as confidential and is used only to run your engagement. We do not name clients publicly, and we sign your own NDA on request at no charge. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Languages
Engagements are delivered in English or French. Written deliverables are produced in the language of the session.
